Itinerary
Day 1 :
Kuala Lumpur / Barcelona (M O B)
Assemble at KLIA for your flight to Barcelona – Spain.
Day 2 :
Arrive in Barcelona (L – D)
On arrival, discover Barcelona – the city of artistic treasures and modern art-nouveau architecture masterpieces. Our fascinating tour will start at the Sagrada Família- Antoni Gaudí's masterpiece. Next, proceed to Park Guell, a public park with gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill designed by Gaudi. Lunch try Spain Tapas. Then, view the towering Columbus Monument built in honour of Christopher Columbus, the famous Italian explorer; Square of the Gate of Peace, Placa de Catalunya and Plaza Espana. Overnight in Barcelona, Dinner try Seafood Paella.
Day 3 :
Barcelona / Valencia (B L D)
In the morning, leave Barcelona for Valencia – a city with innovative and avant-garde buildings from the new millennium. The tour then takes you past Bull Ring, Estacio del Nord and Town Hall, and makes photo stops at the Valencia Cathedral, El Miguelete Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen and Gates of Serranos [ancient walls]. After that, visit La Lonja de la seda, one of the most famous Gothic style buildings in Europe. Then, it is off to view the Centre of Arts & Sciences in Valencia. After that, journey to Alicante for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 :
Valencia / Granada (B – D)
After breakfast, travel through the majestic mountains of South Spain to Granada – a Moorish influenced city of heritage sites. One of the tour’s highlightsis the visit to the ‘La Alhambra’, the majestic palace built by the Moslem Kings as a fortress palace on top of al-Sabika hill. Tour the Palaces, the military zone or Alcazaba, the city or Medina and the agricultural estate of the Generalife. (If reservation is full, an outside view of ‘La Alhambra’ and entrance to Seville Royal Alcazar” will be arranged as the replacement). Dinner and overnight in Granada.
Day 5 :
Granada / Seville (B L D)
In the morning, leave for Seville – heart of Andalucian culture and historical masterpiece monuments. On arrival, visit the famous Seville Cathedral - third largest church in Europe with the largest altarpiece in the world and the Giralda Tower, and view Royal Alcázar and the Santa Cruz Quarter – the old Jewish quarter is full of picturesque houses painted in lively colours. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Seville.
Day 6 :
Seville / Lisbon (B L D)
From Seville, the tour continues to Lisbon – capital of Portugal. On arrival, see Belem Tower and Discoveries Monument. Then, visit Jeronimos Monastery (Closed on Monday), a church built to commemorate the famous Voyagers of the Age of Discoveries. The tour also takes you past Praça do Comércio, Alfama District and Santa Justa Elevator. Spend some time exploring in Rossio Square. Get ready to try the original Portuguese Tart from Café de Pastries de Belem, opened since 1837. (Take away per person 1pcs) Overnight in Lisbon & dinner try Portuguese Piri-Piri Chicken & Bacalhau a bras.
Day 7 :
Lisbon / Coimbra / Salamanca (B L D)
After breakfast, our tour continues to Coimbra - one of Portugal's oldest cities and the site of the oldest and one of the largest universities in Portugal. Visit the Old Cathedral there – a Romanesque Church built in the 12th century with a Gothic altar. Overnight in Salamanca.
Day 8 :
Salamanca / Segovia / Madrid (B L D)
The tour continues in Salamanca – a Unesco Heritage old City - with photo stops at the Plaza Mayor, Town Hall, Church of La Clerecia, University of Salamanca, the New Salamanca Cathedral and the Old Roman Bridge. Enjoy the touristic sights of this heritage town. After that, leave for Segovia for sightseeing, covering attractions that include the Aqueduct of Segovia, the Plaza Mayor, and the Cathedral. Arrive in Madrid - capital city of Spain - for Dinner with Flamenco Show and overnight stay.
Day 9 :
Madrid / Toledo / Madrid (B L D)
Our tour of Madrid starts with the magnificent Royal Palace, one of the top attractions in Madrid. It was built during the 18th century and is now the royal ceremonial state palace. Continue with the Madrid panoramic tour which includes viewing the Plaza de Espana, Plaza de la Clibeles, Paseo de la Castellana and Gran Via. After lunch, make an excursion to Toledo to visit Iglesia de Santo Tome, best known for housing El Greco's most famous masterpiece - The Burial of the Count of Orgaz. Also stop for outside views of Alcazar, El Greco museum, and Toledo Cathedral. Return to Madrid for dinner & try Suckling Pig
Day 10 :
Madrid / Kuala Lumpur (B – M O B)
